Job Description

    You have over 6 years of experience as a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead, with a strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications. Your technical skills include proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework / EF Core, and experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. You have hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React, and are proficient in working with SQL Server.As a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of .NET-based applications. You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. In addition, you will provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers, ensuring coding standards, performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed.Your role will also involve participating in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development processes, as well as troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing efficient solutions. You should stay updated with the latest development trends and introduce innovations to improve application performance and team productivity.Apart from technical skills, you possess excellent leadership and team management abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and critical-thinking mindset, and the ability to manage priorities and multi-task across multiple projects. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in team management.Microsoft certifications are preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kochi, Kerala. You should be ready to join immediately and have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.,
