Job Description

    As a Student Relation Manager in our overseas education team, you will be responsible for guiding students towards achieving their global education goals and ensuring an exceptional counselling experience. Your key responsibilities will include:- Counseling students on study abroad options based on their academic background and career aspirations.- Managing the end-to-end admission process including applications, documentation, and follow-ups.- Maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.- Guiding students through visa processes and pre-departure preparations.- Achieving monthly enrolment and conversion targets.- Supporting junior counsellors and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to enhance student engagement.To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Management, or a related field.- Minimum 4 years of experience in student counselling or the overseas education industry.- Sound knowledge of destinations such as European and Non-European countries.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Join our team and contribute to helping students achieve their educational aspirations on a global scale.
