Job Description

    You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supermarket Manager with over 3 years of experience, where you will be responsible for overseeing the operations at any branch in Kochi. As a Supermarket Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing staff, inventory, customer service, finances, operations, and strategic planning to ensure the stores success.Your key responsibilities will include staff management, inventory management, customer service, financial management, operational management, strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership and management skills, effective communication, organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of inventory management systems, financial concepts, and regulations, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire employees.In this role, you will enjoy benefits such as a flexible schedule, food provision, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
