Job Description

    As a Lead React Native Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions. The ideal candidate for this role should have extensive experience in React Native development, possess a deep understanding of mobile application development best practices, and demonstrate leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior team members.Your responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of mobile applications using React Native, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements, and taking ownership of app development projects. You will also be responsible for developing automated tests to ensure top-notch product quality, staying updated with the latest advancements in mobile platforms and technologies, and providing technical supervision and support to effectively mentor the team.Additionally, you will conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and maintain code quality. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the application is published and maintained in both the App Store and Google Play Store, adhering to their respective policies and guidelines. Participation in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives, is a key aspect of this role.Preferred skills for this position include having 10 years of experience in React Native Development with a minimum of 3 years in a Lead role. Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and the React Native framework is required. Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms is essential. You should have the capability to plan the core architecture and iteratively enhance it as needed, along with a strong analytical mindset to extract actionable insights from data.Excellent team management and communication skills are important for this role, as well as experience with RESTful APIs and the integration of third-party libraries and APIs. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of React Native and be capable of understanding the companys business needs to adjust or innovate the product accordingly.,
