Job Description

    As a Team Leader in the International Voice Process at our Kochi location, your main role will be to lead and manage a team of customer support executives. You will be responsible for ensuring the teams performance, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to SLAs. Handling escalations and providing coaching and feedback to agents will also be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain daily reports to ensure a smooth process flow.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of customer support executives- Ensure team performance, quality, and SLA adherence- Handle escalations and provide coaching/feedback to agents- Maintain daily reports and ensure smooth process flowQualification Required:- Graduation (Mandatory)- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Team Leader in a voice processAs part of our team, you will enjoy benefits such as paid time off and Provident Fund.
