Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Tech Lead with expertise in Next.js and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in full-stack JavaScript development, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing development teams. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and developing high-performance web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices, and providing guidance to a team of developers.As the MERN Stack Tech Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers. You will be involved in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Utilizing Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing APIs using Node.js and Express.js.Ensuring the quality of the code by enforcing coding standards, conducting code reviews, and implementing best practices will be crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, is also expected. You will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and authorization protocols.Managing deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud will be part of your responsibilities. You will troubleshoot and optimize performance issues for web applications and stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our development processes.The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development, with strong proficiency in Next.js and Node.js. Experience with TypeScript, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, MongoDB, and state management libraries is highly desirable. Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js is essential. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus.We are looking for someone who can write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, possesses excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, and demonstrates strong leadership and team management abilities.
