Job Description

    As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in the assigned territory. This includes setting goals, identifying new distributors, and creating action plans to drive sales growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential distributors is crucial, as you will need to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospect for potential distributors, and generate leads to expand the market presence.You will play a key role in supporting both existing and new distributors through secondary sales generation. It is essential to have a deep understanding of the products and services offered, enabling you to effectively communicate their benefits to customers and address any inquiries they may have. Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and preparing regular reports and forecasts will be part of your routine tasks to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for enhancing sales performance will be critical in your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, is essential to align efforts and achieve sales objectives collectively.To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field, along with a Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline. A proven track record in sales or a similar role, preferably with experience in territory management, is desired. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for effective engagement with distributors and customers.
