Job Description

    As a Warehouse Manager in the food industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations at our food production and distribution facility located in Kalady. Your primary goal will be to ensure smooth handling of inventory, maintain food safety standards, and optimize storage and dispatch processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, supervising and training warehouse staff on SOPs and safety practices, coordinating with logistics, production, and sales teams for efficient order fulfillment, monitoring cold storage conditions and expiry tracking, maintaining proper documentation for audits and inspections, and ensuring efficient use of space and resources.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food/FMCG industry. A strong understanding of inventory control, food safety, and warehouse procedures is essential. Experience with WMS/ERP systems would be a plus. Additionally, you should possess good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift from Monday to Friday. You may also be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your work performance.
