Job Description

    You are looking to hire WMS (Support) Engineers with 4-10 years of experience. Multiple positions are available for this role. The primary location for this job is Offshore in Cochin, with a requirement to spend 4-6 weeks onsite in the USA for Knowledge Transfer.To be successful in this role, you must possess very good knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL queries with a minimum of 4 years of experience in this area. Additionally, having experience or knowledge in Warehouse Management System will be an added advantage, with at least 2 years of preferred experience. It is preferable that you can understand the domain to a working level within 2-4 weeks.Having some knowledge in C# and C will also be beneficial for this position. Good communication skills in US English are essential as direct discussions with the US business team will be required. Previous independent offshore working experience supporting or working with US clients is highly valued.As a WMS (Support) Engineer, you should have an attitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Taking ownership of assigned tasks and incidents is crucial.
