The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire order to cash process, with a specific emphasis on order management, order fulfillment, claims, pricing, and credit management. The role entails working within strict deadlines in a high-pressure business environment, while also exhibiting exceptional teamwork and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all activities related to the Order to Cash domain, encompassing order management and fulfillment, credit management, pricing, claims, and collections- Manage order management and order fulfillment operations with a customer-centric approach- Handle collections and dispute management within the Order to Cash process, ensuring the implementation and adherence to strategies- Engage with end customers via calls and emails to recover past due amounts- Achieve collections targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis- Manage relationships with customers and Country/Regional FD through email correspondence and conference calls- Participate in governance meetings at the country/region level, collaborate closely with team members, and drive process standardization- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma projects- Communicate effectively with internal departments such as sales, operations, and credit teams to resolve issues promptlyQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:- Any Graduate, preferably B.Com- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in SAP- Flexibility to work in any shift- Knowledge of MS Office and adept at handling emails and customer callsPreferred Qualifications:- Exposure to the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is essential- Customer service excellence and a passion for customer satisfaction- Proficiency in English and excellent customer handling skillsJob Details:- Job Title: Senior Manager- Primary Location: India-Kolkata- Schedule: Full-time- Education Level: Bachelors/Graduation/Equivalent- Job Posting: Jun 4, 2025, 8:58:56 AM- Unposting Date: Ongoing- Master Skills: Operations- Job Category: Full Time,
