Job Description

    The Solution Consultant is responsible for providing consulting services with the overall objective of designing and implementing software solutions for customers. You will perform requirements analysis by gathering information about business processes and technical requirements from key client stakeholders. Design solutions using basic best practice knowledge with minimal oversight from senior team members. Additionally, you will compose and deliver documentation outlining requirements for building the solution independently. Demonstrating the configured solution or prototypes of the solution is part of your responsibilities.As a Solution Consultant, you will design and build solutions, including configuring application development tools. Testing the configured solution to ensure it functions as designed and resolving any issues in a timely manner is crucial. You will also be responsible for composing training materials, conducting training sessions for customers, and developing plans for the migration of configured solutions into production environments. Transitioning key information to the technical support team to ensure continued successful support of customers is essential.Participating in infrastructure conversations to define proper system infrastructure needs based on the customers technology landscape with oversight from experienced team members is part of your role. Estimating design and configuration effort based on approved requirements is also required. You must maintain awareness of project budget, scope, and timeline, effectively communicating any issues with project managers and senior team members.To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelors Degree or equivalent and possess knowledge of scripting, system architecture, or relational databases. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication skills are important, as you should be able to speak or write with ease, clarity, and impact. You should also excel in investigating situations or issues to gather relevant information and be adept at asking probing questions to obtain quality information successfully. Being organized, experienced in multitasking, and having good collaboration skills are essential. Self-motivation, the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight, and using sound judgment to escalate issues appropriately are key qualities for success in this role.The average travel requirement for this job is 30% annually, but unique circumstances with customers may necessitate more travel. An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job is also accepted.,
