Job Description

Qualification: Technical Graduate / Post GraduateLocation: KolkataExperience:

  • 10-15 yearsof Experience in Construction Industry and good Product knowledge of Heavy Line Products like 22Ton Class Excavators, Grader and Dozer.
  • Sales experience in handling Retail and Mining / corporate Customer Profile.
  • Sales planning and implementing Strategies to achieve sales Targets.
  • Experience in Customer relationship Management / Client service skills.
  • Managing direct and Indirect Sales Team of Dealers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and computer knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel and work with Regional Sales Team / Dealer sales Team in India.
Role and ResponsibilitySales Strategy
  • Increasing sales revenue through machine and attachment sales for 22T Excavator.
  • Development of business Plan and Sales Strategy/ forecast for the targeted Market to achieve sales goal.
  • Territory and Dealer sales Team Development.
  • Improving the participation rate and Market share of Excavator.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Retail and Mining / Key accounts for Heavy Line Products like Graders and Dozers.
  • Develop plans to acquire new customers and New Segments / applications or Clients.
Marketing & Product Strategy:
  • Product Positioning in Various Market and different segments.
  • Lead Conversion from numerous Marketing channels.
  • Participation in Product Demonstration in different segment.
  • Customer Engagement through Customer meet / Road show / Exhibitions / Plant Visit.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions to clients. Provide regular updates and reports on account activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on Industry trends, market conditions and competitors activities.
  • Gather Market intelligence and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve product / service offerings.
  • Analyse data and generate insights to support business decision and sales strategies.
  • Product Pricing Strategy and Policy.
Competency Development:
  • Coaching and performance monitoring of Dealer Sales Team.
  • Developing Company Business Manager on Product and Segment.
  • Technical and Commercial Training.
  • Dealer Sales Process and Data Management.
