Job Description

Sales Generation and Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the precast concrete sector.
  • Approach and establish relationships with potential clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
Client Consultation and Product Recommendation:
  • Provide expert advice to clients on suitable precast products based on project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client needs and offer customized solutions.
Proposal and Quotation Management:
  • Prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
Market Analysis and Competitor Insights:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Gather feedback from clients and the market to contribute to product development and improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address customer concerns, ensure satisfaction, and resolve any issues promptly.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Regularly report on sales performance, project progress, and market insights to management.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of precast products.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams for customized solutions and product adaptations.
Project Support and Follow-up:
  • Ensure successful implementation of precast products in client projects through continuous follow-up and site inspections.
  • Support clients during product installation and provide guidance on technical requirements.
Brand Representation and Marketing:
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote precast products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Knowledge Development and Training:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product innovations, and technological advancements in precast concrete.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and technical understanding.
