Job Description

  • Work in close conjunction with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Product Management to aggressively hunt for opportunities to increase share of wallet.
  • Effectively use the indirect channel (Distribution) to grow end user business. Drive marketing efforts and increase brand visibility thru customer meets, symposiums and seminars.
  • Ensure partner network density is adequate to meet market requirements. Identify whitespace opportunities in products /geographies and develop strategies to increase Schaeffler footprint.
  • Work closely with channel partners in developing large accounts thru strategic account management process. Ensure timely training and knowledge transfer to increase partner competency.
Your Qualifications
  • At least 8-10 years of work experience in sales and marketing with a large size company in Distribution / MRO business
  • Language skills: Fluent in English communication both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of SAP/PC: Firm in the utilisation of modern and sophisticated IT tools (SAP knowledge is beneficial)
  • Technical Knowledge: Technical know-how, Products and Process knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Industry Sectors: Additional necessary knowledge or experiences
  • Cooperative working attitude but with strong target orientation.
  • Ability to work under high pressure.
  • Well structured and organised.
