Job Description

SkillsKnowledge & Posting LocationPLANNINGMinimum QualificationGRADUATE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING

  1. Candidate shall have experience in Planning of similar large scale construction projects.
  2. Candidate should have good knowledge about JCR, Costing & Budgeting, project control.
  3. Candidate shall have good knowledge Primavera P6 & MSP.
  4. Candidate shall have good knowledge in Construction Scheduling, WBS, Progress Monitoring.
  5. Candidate shall have good knowledge about construction.
  6. The Candidate shall determine the resources required from beginning to end while keeping in mind budgetary constraints and will plan all construction operations and arrange adequate milestones to keep track so as to achieve all deadlines.
  7. Candidate shall have experience in Planning of similar large scale construction projects.
  8. Collaborate and Co-ordinate with the Site, Contracts, Procurement and Estimation Team to ensure the availability of Contractor and Material before the commencement of work through RFI Management.
  9. Releasing Monthly Plan and preparation of Progress Report for the Senior Management. Identify Delays and provide Corrective Actions to achieve the milestone.
