Job Description

Experience: 8 to 10 yearsLocation: KolkataSkill sets required:Sales & Business Development Skills

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Ability to generate leads through various channels (cold outreach, inbound marketing, networking, etc.).
  2. Sales Strategy & Planning: Proficiency in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term contracts with clients.
  4. Client Acquisition & Retention: Experience in acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
Digital Marketing Knowledge
  1. In-depth Knowledge of Digital Marketing Services: Understanding SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web development to sell effectively.
  2. Industry Trends & Tools: Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), and tools (HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
  3. Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Ability to understand performance metrics and data to advise clients on improving ROI.
Leadership & Team Management
  1. Team Leadership & Development: Experience managing and mentoring a sales team, including performance tracking and fostering a competitive environment.
  2. Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to work closely with marketing, creative, and development teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  3. Goal Setting & Performance Management: Setting realistic and motivating sales targets for the team and holding them accountable.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  1. Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and long-lasting relationships with clients.
  2. Pitching & Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches tailored to client needs.
  3. Negotiation & Persuasion: Persuasive communication to handle objections and drive client decisions in favor of the agency.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Understanding market trends, competition, and potential new business opportunities.
  2. Data-driven Decision Making: Analyzing sales metrics, customer behavior, and digital marketing performance to make informed decisions.
  3. Problem-solving: Ability to resolve client concerns and internal bottlenecks quickly and effectively.
Technical & CRM Proficiency
