  • Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and execute the companys strategies to enhance the stores profit.
  • Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner, engage with them to understand their requirements.
  • Direct customers by escorting them to counters, introducing various products, and influencing customers buying decisions.
  • Drive sales through the engagement of customers by suggestive selling to build their confidence.
  • Conduct remote selling activities (sales through video calls, etc.) as requested by superiors to maximize customer reach.
  • Perform cross-selling/cross-promotion to HNI Customers across all product categories.
  • Handle queries and complaints of customers and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Educate customers on benefits, Malabar Promises, and product details.
  • Pack products in front of the CCTV camera for online orders to maintain security protocol.
  • Receive customer returns and old gold, perform quality checks as necessary.
  • Gather feedback from customers and share it with the Manager for business improvement.
  • Ensure accurate entry of customer details after purchase to maintain an accurate database.
  • Check for the accuracy of product details, weight, and invoice post-sale.
Schemes:
  • Inform customers about special offers and enroll them in various schemes.
  • Support customers in the scheme opening process and facilitate customer purchase against scheme balance.
  • Create advance customer profiles and enhance advances.
Customer Order Management:
  • Coordinate order placement with SCM/MBMG via OMS software for on-time delivery.
Stock:
  • Count & tally stock daily, record opening and closing stock.
  • Transfer stock to the locker daily and handle ornaments with care.
  • Report sold stock to the section head for inventory maintenance.
Work Area & Display:
  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines for product display and maintain quality.
  • Ensure safety of jewelry displayed and promptly report abnormal incidents.
Marketing:
  • Generate customer leads and increase footfall.
  • Invite customers and leads to visit the store during product exhibitions and events.
  • Assist in event management and product exhibitions.
  • Stay informed about competitors products and market trends.
  • Assist in BTL marketing.
Internal Process:
  • Adhere to company grooming standards and exhibit professionalism.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and cost-effective practices.
  • Prepare sales data reports for Senior Management.
People Development:
  • Acquire knowledge in all store sections.
  • Actively seek self-development opportunities.
  • Identify training needs and complete mandatory programs/certifications.
