Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets for diagnostic equipmentand reagents across Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement detailed sales strategies to drive market penetration andbusiness expansion within the assigned territory. Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, execute successful productlaunches, and enhance market presence. Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with corporate andprivate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Product && Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive technical and clinical understanding ofdiagnostic products and provide effective client consultation. Sales Funnel Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification toproposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Data Analysis && Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to perform sales data analysis, generate forecasts, andsubmit timely reports to management.
