ASM Agency Sales Manager Life Insurance Co. Ltd.Location: Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Ludhiana, Patiala, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Bhubaneswar Salary: Up to 3.75 Lakh Incentives Experience: 3 to 10 Years in Sales (Preferably in Life Insurance)Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement:
  • Drive life insurance sales by recruiting and managing a team of agents.
  • Ensure sales goals are met through the agent network.
• Agent Recruitment & Training:
  • Recruit, train, and develop agents on a commission basis.
  • Supervise agent activity plans to ensure they meet the desired levels.
• Performance Reviews:
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents.
  • Update and monitor the Sales Management System.
• Motivation & Retention:
  • Promote and motivate agents for career progression programs.
  • Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling of various products.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales, preferably in Life Insurance.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial focus.
  • Drive for results and high confidence levels.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Stable career history with proven sales track records.
  • Well-networked in the local market with a good understanding of market dynamics.
  • Minimum Graduate in any stream.
