Hiring: Agency Sales Manager (ASM) Life InsurancePosition: Agency Sales Manager (ASM) Industry: Life Insurance Experience Required: 3 to 10 years (Sales) Salary Package: Up to 3 LPA Incentives Locations: Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Ludhiana, Patiala, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Guwahati, BhubaneswarJob Responsibilities:
• Achieve life insurance sales targets through agent recruitment and management.
• Recruit, train, and develop agents on a commission basis.
• Supervise and monitor agent activity plans to ensure sales targets are met.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and update the Sales Management System.
• Motivate & promote agents for career progression within the organization.
• Encourage agents to leverage the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales (preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services).
• Key Attributes: Strong interpersonal & networking skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales-driven approach High confidence, excellent communication, and leadership qualities Stable career history with proven sales performance Strong understanding of the local market with an established network
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream
