Job Description

    Business Parameters:
    • Meeting assigned targets
    • Productivity of entire team (BSO/BDM.
    • Ensuring APMs achieves respective targets
    • Ensuring regular marketing activities by team
    • Planning of marketing activity calendar for the team and analysing outcome of each activity
    • Existing customer meeting on the sample basis of each branch
    • Identifying new opportunities, new markets , new products
    Portfolio parameters:
    • Ensuring timely allocation and updation in case of any errors
    • Daily review with APMs on bucket 2 status
    • Resolution of bucket 2 cases and ensuring zero flow
    • Monitoring and reviewing PNR/PNC customers in bucket 0
    • Ensuring collection efficiency minimum 98%
    • Active identification and communication to collection team of any case going bad
    Competition Parameters:
    • Monthly update of competition numbers of the each area
    • Industry mapping of competition vis--vis our status
    • Any new introduction/withdrawal of any product by competition
    Health and Hygiene parameters:
    • Ensuring FTR in login
    • Maintaining priority sequence of tasks- CDL(Collection, Digital Approval, Login)
    • Maintaining DRR of digital approvals
    • Resolutions of any customer acceleration within TAT
    • Regular branch visit and team review
    • Ensuring morning hurdle and EOD implementation at each level
    Training Parameters:
    • Conducting Regular product training of the team
    • identifying any gaps in system/process deliverables by the team and coordinating for training for the same
    • Ensuring 100% participation of team in induction/ Toolyte / process trainings.
