Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Management Accountant specializing in Australian Accounting, your primary responsibility will be to handle the initial draft of management reporting, consolidation (MFC/AFC), budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the entire company. You will work closely with the CFO and Group Financial Accountant to ensure consistent application of internal policies.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly management accounting consolidation (MFC/AFC) and compile variance analysis, supporting executive commentary.- Ensure operationalization of Group accounting policies consistently for internal and statutory contexts in coordination with CFO and GFA.- Maintain core planning tools and cycles, such as the Group Business Plan, revenue planning, gross margin reporting, and cash-flow planning.- Track performance versus budget and provide explanations for variances.- Support affiliates by sharing templates and mentoring basic planning/reporting practices as needed.Qualifications & Experience:- CA qualification (freshly qualified or up to 2 years PQE).- Strong accounting fundamentals with an interest in FP&A/management reporting.- Proficiency in Advanced Excel is mandatory for consolidation models, variance analysis, and dashboards.Additional Company Details:This position is full-time and permanent, offering benefits like health insurance and life insurance.
