Job Description

    As a Performance Marketing Specialist at our company, your role will involve driving student acquisition, school partnerships, community growth, and platform engagement in the field of EdTech marketing. Your responsibilities will include:- Increasing student registrations for Classes 612- Driving Daily Active Users (DAU) and Monthly Active Users (MAU)- Developing and executing growth campaigns to increase platform adoption- Identifying new acquisition channels and growth opportunities- Connecting with school principals, coordinators, and academic heads- Scheduling and conducting platform demonstrations- Building and managing school partnerships- Organizing teacher orientation and onboarding sessions- Developing relationships with educational institutions and coaching centers- Promoting diagnostic assessments as a student improvement tool- Building and managing parent communities through WhatsApp and social media- Creating awareness campaigns targeting parents and guardians- Conducting webinars and online engagement activities for parents- Planning and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns- Executing YouTube marketing initiatives- Managing Instagram Reels and short-form video campaigns- Growing Facebook communities and engagement- Implementing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic- Creating and executing content marketing campaigns- Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing ROI- Managing Telegram, WhatsApp, Reddit, Discord, and Twitter communities- Building and nurturing student learning communities- Encouraging engagement through challenges, quizzes, contests, and discussions- Developing student ambassador and referral programs- Building partnerships with schools and educational organizations- Collaborating with educational influencers and content creators- Developing relationships with teacher communities and academic networks- Exploring strategic collaborations to increase platform reachRequired Skills:- Experience in EdTech Marketing- School Outreach and Partnership Development experience- Strong Digital Marketing knowledge- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)- Google Ads- Social Media Marketing- Email Marketing- WhatsApp Marketing- Community Management experience- Excellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred Skills:- Experience working with K-12 educational products- Existing network within schools and educational institutions- SEO and Content Marketing expertise- Webinar and Event Marketing experience- Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation toolsWhy Join Us By joining us, you will have the opportunity to impact the learning journey of thousands of students, work with an innovative education platform, have the freedom to build and execute growth strategies, and be part of a mission-driven team transforming K-12 education.(Note: The company provides a monthly salary range of 30,000.00 to 40,000.00 and the work location is in person.)
