Job Description

As a Platform Administrator (Salesforce & Precursive), your primary responsibility will be to own the design, configuration, and maintenance of core operational platformsSalesforce (Sales & Service Cloud) and Precursive. You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient Google Cloud Marketplace Onboarding lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the intake lead for platform enhancement requests, evaluate, prioritize, and translate business needs into technical requirements- Perform advanced Salesforce configuration, including security, permissions, custom objects, and fields- Develop solutions using Apex (classes, triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) when declarative tools are insufficient- Manage deep-level maintenance and customization of Precursive, including resource forecasting, project planning templates, milestone and lifecycle tracking- Own testing and QA in sandbox environments to ensure stability and integration integrity- Manage deployments to production with minimal downtime- Build and maintain complex Salesforce and Precursive reports- Serve as the primary support contact for system issues and user enablementQualifications Required:- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer- Strong hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC)- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce security model, permissions, and Advanced Flow Builder automation- Proven experience with Precursive (PSX/PSA) maintenance and customization- Experience managing the Build Test Deploy lifecycle- Ability to work in the EST timezoneIn addition to the above, the company operates in a fully remote work mode and prefers immediate joiners.
