Job Description

    You will be responsible for increasing the sale of QR & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations. As a part of your role, you will have the following key responsibilities:- Grow Distribution and Market share in the assigned area of operations.- Ensure Visibility Accountability through Extensive QR & Soundbox deployment and sale of the product.- Identify and Recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.- Demonstrate skills in coaching and mentoring, being a quick learner who grasps and applies new ideas and concepts effectively.- Plan the market size, span, and geographies for FSE.- Devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.- Monitor the Quality parameters as suggested by the management.- Validate and conduct audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.- Ensure team members are present in the market where sales & usage are done regularly.- Utilize good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout the specified area.To succeed in this role, you should possess the following superpowers/skills:- High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation.- Experience in Leading Team is a must.- Must be a Graduate.- Possess a Growth Mindset.Qualification Required:- Graduate/Post Graduate.If you join us, you can expect:- A collaborative output-driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technology.- Improvement in the average revenue per use by increasing cross-sell opportunities.- Solid 360 feedback from your peer teams on your support of their goals.- Respect that is earned, not demanded from your peers and manager.Please note that we believe in creating wealth for the right fit candidates.
