Job Description

    As a Designer, you will be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery and user acceptance testing. Your role will include working with BAs, product managers, and tech teams to lead the Product Design process. It is essential to maintain the quality of the design process and ensure that designs are accurately translated into code. You will be responsible for estimating design tickets during planning sessions and contributing to sketching sessions. Additionally, creating and maintaining pattern libraries, designing pixel-perfect responsive UIs, and understanding the importance of adopting common interface patterns for a better user experience.Key Responsibilities:- Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery and user acceptance testing- Work with BAs, product managers, and tech teams to lead the Product Design process- Maintain quality of the design process and ensure accurate translation of designs into code- Estimate design tickets during planning sessions- Contribute to sketching sessions and create pattern libraries- Design pixel-perfect responsive UIs and prioritize common interface patterns for better UXQualifications Required:- At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Designer- Experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X- Previous experience working in an agile environment with two-week sprints- Familiarity with using Jira and Confluence in your workflowThe company aims to restore stand-alone markets rather than enterprise-wide products and values innovative thinking and effective processes.
