Job Description

    As an Assistant Manager in Management Information Systems (MIS) at Dr. Reddys Foundation in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading advanced MIS reporting, data management, and analytics to provide actionable insights for organizational planning and decision-making. Your strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise in data tools will be essential for working closely with program and functional teams to ensure data quality, reporting systems, and governance are strengthened.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain MIS dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all MIS reports across programs and functions.- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for strategic and operational decisions.- Generate predictive and diagnostic insights to support business planning and performance improvement.- Coordinate with program and functional teams to collect data and enhance reporting structures aligned with organizational goals.- Strengthen data governance practices, including data validation, cleaning, reconciliation, and compliance with SOPs.- Support continuous improvement of MIS systems, tools, and reporting workflows.Qualifications & Experience:- Postgraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.- Technical certifications in MS Office, SQL, Power BI, or related tools are preferred.- 35 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles, preferably in a lead or managerial capacity.Technical & Functional Skills:- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, dashboards).- Strong experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools.- Working knowledge of SQL Server and database querying.- Familiarity with ETL processes, Power Query, and data integration workflows.- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Forms.- Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking) and working knowledge of Hindi (speaking).Desired Attributes:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.- Ability to detect data anomalies, clean datasets, and deliver actionable insights.- Exposure to predictive analytics and statistical tools is an advantage.- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.- Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
