Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining Roundglass Foundation as a Lead, Marketing (Deptt Head) to work closely with the senior leadership of the Foundation. Your main responsibility will be to develop, implement, and oversee the marketing strategy for Roundglass Foundation with a focus on increasing brand awareness, donor engagement, and fundraising outcomes. You will lead and mentor a small marketing team, manage the marketing budget efficiently, analyze campaign effectiveness, and ensure all marketing materials align with RGFs brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, donor engagement, and fundraising outcomes.- Oversee marketing activities including digital marketing, social media management, and email campaigns, working closely with the studio team and PR team.- Lead, mentor, and manage a small marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development.- Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective resource utilization.- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing data for future strategies.- Ensure consistency of all marketing materials and communications with RGFs brand and messaging guidelines.- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the charitys marketing efforts.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.- Proven experience in the nonprofit sector is highly desirable.- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.- Preferred candidate from Marketing Agency.
