Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Service Executive International BPOLocation: Mohali, Punjab Experience: 6 months- 7 years (International voice support preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift / Rotational Shift (as per process requirement) Work Mode: On-site (International Process)Job SummaryWe are hiring experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Executives for our International BPO process in Mohali. The role involves interacting with global customers, resolving queries, and delivering best-in-class service through voice, chat, or email channels. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, chats, or emails for international clients.
    • Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate resolutions.
    • Maintain professional communication and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
    • Document customer interactions in CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
    • Identify and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
    • Achieve service metrics including AHT, CSAT, quality scores, and attendance targets.
    • Adhere to process guidelines, compliance standards, and data security protocols.
    • Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and procedural changes.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • 6 months to 7 years of experience in International BPO (voice).
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts.
    • Basic computer literacy with experience using CRM systems, MS Office, and ticketing tools.
    • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain professionalism at all times.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in US process (customer service, technical support, or sales).
    • Familiarity with global customer service etiquette.
    • Neutral or near-neutral accent.
