Job Description

    Customer Support Executive International ProcessLocation:Mohali, Punjab Work Schedule:
    • 6 Days Working
    • 9 Hours Shift (including breaks)
    • Rotational Shifts (as per process requirement)
    Job Summary:We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Chat Support Team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will interact with global customers via live chat, resolve their queries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction through prompt and professional service.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle multiple live chat conversations with international customers efficiently.
    • Provide accurate and timely information and resolutions to customer inquiries.
    • Troubleshoot customer issues or escalate them when necessary.
    • Record and update customer information accurately in internal systems.
    Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates with excellent communication skills are welcome.Skills Required:
    • Excellent written English communication skills.
    • Typing speed: Minimum 30-35 WPM with good accuracy.
    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
    • Must be willing to work from the office.
