    Junior HR Executive (Recruitment & HR Generalist)Mohali | 9 am - 7 pm | MondayFriday (5-Day Work Week)Salary up to 25,000/monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and creative HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in both recruitment and HR generalist functions, along with a passion for employer branding. The ideal candidate should be familiar with modern hiring trends, AI tools, social media hiring strategies, and comfortable creating hiring-related content/videos for different platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and HR policy implementation.Create engaging social media content (posts, reels, videos, employee stories) to strengthen employer branding and attract quality talent.Manage job postings across job portals and social media platforms while building a strong talent pipeline.Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.RequirementsBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.02 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions.Experience creating social media content for employer branding or recruitment campaigns.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using recruitment portals, social media platforms, and AI-powered tools for sourcing candidates, employer branding, and creating engaging recruitment content.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.Compensation: 10,000.00 - 15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid time offWork Location: In person .
