We combine people, processes, and tech to empower our clients growth and success.About the role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven financial professional with strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), along with exposure to Investment Banking (IB), Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), and Financial Due Diligence (FDD). The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, handling multiple priorities while delivering high-quality financial insights.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-makingAnalyze historical financial data, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvementsEvaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecastsCollaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reportingLead and streamline the cost analysis process, ensuring adherence to policies and controlsDevelop financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning modelsConduct market research, industry analysis, and valuation benchmarking (comps)Support transaction-related activities, including:Financial Due Diligence (FDD)Deal evaluation and analysisInvestment memos and presentationsApply experience from IB/TAS engagements to provide deeper insights into financial performance and deal dynamicsIdentify and drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiativesDevelop dashboards, reports, and MIS using advanced Excel and BI toolsTrack operational and financial metrics and provide insights for business optimizationEnsure quality review and mentorship of junior analysts workRequired Skills & Experience:MBA in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Statistics (preferred)Relevant experience in Investment Banking (IB), Transaction Advisory (TAS), or Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is mandatoryStrong hands-on experience in:Financial modelingValuation (DCF, comps, etc.)Financial analysis and forecastingProven experience in a quantitative and analytical roleStrong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business driversAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)Experience with tools like Power BI / SQL / financial databases (good to have)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a high-pressure, client-driven environmentSelf-starter with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilitiesIdeal Candidate Profile:Background in IB / Big 4 TAS / FDD / Deal Advisory Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong exposure to transactions Ideal Candidate Profile FP&A combinationDetail-oriented with the ability to translate data into business insights .
