    Job Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Banking / Financial ServicesFunction: Sales & Business DevelopmentJob SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Officers to join our banking sales team in Mohali. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, generating leads, selling banking and financial products, and achieving assigned sales targets through field sales activities.Key Responsibilities
    • Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts (SA), Current Accounts (CA), Fixed Deposits (FDs) and other banking products.
    • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities.
    • Meet prospective customers and conduct regular sales meetings/calls.
    • Cross-sell banking and financial products to existing customers.
    • Promote third-party products such as Insurance, Mutual Funds and Investment Products, wherever applicable.
    • Achieve assigned daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable banking solutions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for account opening and other customer requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with KYC, RBI, SEBI and applicable bank guidelines.
    • Complete mandatory certifications such as AMFI/EUIN, wherever applicable.
    Candidate Profile
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • Freshers can apply; relevant banking/financial sales experience will be an advantage.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
    • Candidates should be comfortable with regular field visits.
    • Basic knowledge of banking and financial products will be preferred.
