    Walk-In Drive |Hiring Fresher - YES BANK -Apprenticeship for locations - MohaliAddress:Yes Bank Ltd. Ground Floor ,SCO 57-58, Omaxe city ,New Chandigarh, Phase-1, District SAS Nagar Punjab-140301Time: 11:am to 2:00 PMJob descriptionDesignation: Trainee ApprenticeshipStipend:The Apprentices will receive monthly: YES BANK stipend INR 12,000 INR 4500 (Direct Bank Transfer by govt.)Allowances/Benefits:
    • During Apprenticeship, there will be no incentive/bonus, travel allowances on behest of YES BANK (if any) will be payable.
    • However all other expenses during Apprenticeship will be considered as personal and have to be borne by the Trainees.
    Completion & Certification:
    • Post completion of the program, the Apprentices will receive certificate from Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT).
    • Conversion to on-role employee, will be purely basis performance and vacancy available.
    NATS Eligibility Criteria:
    • Fresh Graduates should apply for the program.
    • Pass-out in the last 5 years from the date of enrollment.
    • Applicant should not have any PF & ESIC account opened in the past.
    • Candidates pursuing Masters may be enrolled considering graduation credentials.
    • Final Year Bachelors students may be enrolled upon receipt of e-marksheets.
    Exclusions:
    • Candidates who are pursuing MBBS, CA and Lawyers to be excluded.
    • Our Apprenticeship program will be for the duration of 6 months, hence Engineering/B.Tech. students to be excluded.
    • Candidates who have completed Masters/PG does not fall under NATS purview.
    Scope of Responsibilities:
    • Manage the helpdesk of the branch
    • Leads generation, facilitate account opening and processing of service requests
    • Sales / Cross selling of savings and other products (assets/liabilities)
    • Processing of Non-Financial Transactions (Mini Statement, Balance Enquiry, Cheque book request, nominee update)
    • Outbound client facing activities
    • Client account opening
    • Document verification with originals and EDD
    • Compliance based client visits (HSM etc.)
    • Refer potential customers for insurance, assets & credit cards
    • Any other activity and services as per regulatory guidelines (RBI/ Ministry of Finance.)
