The incumbent will liaison with the instructors, designers, backend technical team to create the online modules and help us achieve a seamless experience for the viewers. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with user department, helping learners, while also working with the instructors & the backend technical team to ensure a smooth delivery of the content. We value diversity in the workplace and especially encourage women and minority candidates to apply.Job Outline Manage the production of high-quality video, multi-media, and graphic materials to support the content.Collaborates with instructors to plan, script, and deliver instructionally and aesthetically sound media productions.Understand the training content to be offered by the instructor by interacting with them and assist the instructors and the design team in developing the modules.Assist the instructors in creating knowledge checks (like quiz, forums, tests etc) and coordinate with the backend team to add them on LMSOversee the pre and post production work done by the design team to ensure it is in sync with the instructor s requirement for the moduleCoordinate with the backend team to ensure seamless delivery of the contentUnderstand the LMS platform and help the instructors in managing the content for the moduleDesign for multiple modules at a time, managing time, goals, and cross-functional collaboration effectively.Programme Delivery and ImplementationEnsure proper delivery of ProgrammeCoordinate with User DepartmentAnswer user query in a prompt manner to ensure completion of the course.Job SpecificationKnowledge / EducationSpecific SkillsMaster s Degree in relevant disciplines3 years of experience related to eLearning and Multi-Media production, including two years of supervisory experience with knowledge of:Excellent delivery and platform skillsExcellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design modelsLesson and curriculum planning skillsFundamental HTML and flash programming knowledgeSolid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management SystemVisual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboardAbility to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
