Job Description

    About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Female MBA (Sales & Marketing) to join our growing team in Mohali.In this role,you will play a key part in driving sales of our IT software solutions,helping businesses unlock the power of Business Process Automation.Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas.
    • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels (phone,email,social media).
    • Conduct need assessments and product demonstrations to identify customer pain points and propose solutions.
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients.
    • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
    • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
    Qualifications
    • MBA degree in Sales & Marketing (fresher to 2 years of experience preferred).
    • Strong understanding of digital transformation and business process automation concepts.
    • Excellent communication,presentation,and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word,Excel,PowerPoint).
    • Two-wheeler ownership and valid license mandatory.
