Job Description

    Principal Accountabilities:Achieves growth & revenue targets for assigned IMS products and services through a consultative sales approach that solves client business issues.Based on long term relationship with client, acts as advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends and IMS product and consulting capabilities.Spearheads, drives and conducts SMRs (Senior Management Reviews) with Senior, Middle and Junior levels in Client companies on periodic basis based on IMS and/or internal dataAnticipates clients needs and, in collaboration with IMS marketing, consulting, and/or client services staff, develops and presents proposed solutions to clients complex business issues.Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned account(s).Seeks starburst opportunities within existing customers to grow revenue opportunities across the IMS suite of offerings.Represents the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales related activities.Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with Account Director and Client Services management to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfactionEffectively manage renewals and subscriptions of existing and new businesses and drives contract renewal efforts on large and small, single and multi-year contracts.Indirectly manages support service executives of QMS, Helpdesk and other support staff to service the clients information and analytics requirementsMentors less experienced members of sales and accounts team on selling, account management and negotiations skills Job Title: Account Manager-Consumer Health (Big 4 consulting)Industry: Healthcare ,pharmaFunctional Area: SalesNo. of vacancies: 1Experience: 2-5 yearsJob Location: MumbaiMandatory Key skills: Business Development, Sales
