We require urgently ADMIN AND HR EXECUTIVE for a well establised company in textile sector.Location - JOGESHWARI EAST.Salary- Upto25 KPMJob Descriptiona) To keep record of attendance, leaves etc of the employees b) To issue the appointment letter c) To keep track of all expenses vouchers related to conveyance, travel etc d) To supervise all repair and maintenance work of the office related to carpentry, electrical issues, plumbing etc e) To organise all AMCs in Air-conditioning, Pest Control, Fire Protection, Cars of the directors etc f) To take care of housekeeping of the office g) to make payment against different utilities bills g)to make ticketing, hotel reservation, car booking for directors & guests h) Filing of Papers etc i) Guest care j) Pantry Management k) Office Stationeries Management l) Train/Flight ticket/Hotel booking etc .
