*RESPONSIBILITIES Data Analysis / Reconciliation * Deliver objective analysis of error trends and opportunities. -- identify root cause * Resolve recon exceptions/discrepancies and document the resolution process * Validate data integrity is maintained in client facing displays * Assist the management team in developing metrics to show progress / completion of data analysis / reconciliation * Ensure that the status reports produced are accurate, relevant, complete, and actionable Process Improvements & Procedures * Assist the management team in improving metrics * Analyze operational/technology processes for gaps, inefficiencies, potential redundancies and improvement opportunities * Develop trending reports & standard benchmarks for metrics; providing guidelines for identifying issues Project Work * A good understanding of Operations, Technology and Risk * Support creation, modification and review of test plan and test summary documents * Assist the management team in developing metrics that demonstrate the progress / completion of functionality testing * Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues, *REQUIREMENTS * Knowledge of W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, and W9 tax documentation * Knowledge of 1099 and 1042-S reporting * Excellent written and communication, organization and time management skills * Adaptable to dynamic work environments and priorities * Demonstrate ownership and sense of urgency in resolving inquiries and issues * Adaptable to dynamic work environments and priorities * Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment.
