Team Profile The Fraud Technology Department is responsible for successful Fraud Program outcomes. We design solutions for the firm to detect, prevent, respond, and report on fraudulent behavior including Cyber events, account takeover, internal fraud, and digital fraud. We provide technology solutions, consultation, and expertise to our fraud analysts in Technology & Information Risk, define technology architecture, strategy, and governance, implement machine learning, statistical, and data-oriented solutions, and govern real-time and batch-based payments across the Firm. Role Profile As a Technology Manager in Fraud your role will be to hire, mentor, develop, and participate as a team in our Agile Fleet. You will be a productive member of the development team and share core tasks as a member of an agile squad. You will focus initially on building subject matter expertise and developing a strong team in the region while integrating with the global function. Important program needs will include onboarding new client-facing product controls, implementing analytics and reporting, establishing strong data governance, and code development, refactoring, DevOps, and automation. You will engage directly with all members of the squad include business Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Developers as well as Chapter Leads and partner organizations such as Wealth Management and Compliance. For the initial engagement you will work closely with our fraud business and analytics teams and across squads to make sure their technical needs are fully understood and aligned strategically. You will be part of the overall global development team and make sure that team understands and can implement solutions in the Production environment with all data and features needed in batch or real-time as appropriate. You will be expected to participate in global strategy, fleet-level ceremonies, and partner with regional and global technology and business Fraud leadership. In your role you will be expected to share ownership of our projects and contribute to the active development and maintenance of our applications. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to modern software engineering tools and best practices. You will work in a dynamic agile Fleet that uses Scrum and Kanban for its workflow. You will be expected to be involved in the full development lifecycle. You will be expected to collaborate with others in the wider team and across the firm, as well as working on your own initiatives. Over time you will become a Functional Owner in the region for key components of the Fraud technology platform. , Functional Skills Required Development team leadership experience Mentoring, career development and coaching Excellent interpersonal and professional skills; high-energy and detail-oriented Strategic planning and technical architecture Financial and/or CyberSecurity knowledge Analytic or Engineering background Technical Skills RequiredExp - 10 to 15 years Expertise with a mainstream object-oriented or functional programming language Scala or .NET strongly preferred, Java, C++, Python, or related Linux experience Strong analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly and pick up new techniques and/or technologies Ability to work effectively in a global and dynamic team Familiarity with program-level functions: reporting, metrics, project tracking, documentation, DevOps, and Automation Experience working in an agile team using Agile and DevOps tools such as Git, Jira, and Cucumber, Skills Desired Experience with Analytical and BI tools like DataIku, Tableau, Zeppelin, and Jupyter Experience with modern data containers and/or stream processing technologies Hadoop, Spark/PySpark, SnowFlake, Kafka, AirFlow, etc. Experience with Data Processing tools, ETL, data lineage and quality Experience in Enterprise Data Warehousing and Data Modeling Experience with Machine Learning, Analytics, Statistics, and related applications Experience in the full software development life cycle Experience with automation and scripting languages Experience working with Continuous Integration systems DevOps practices, Test automation, BDD / TDD
