  • Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Offshore Project Management for AO Support Project 2 Handle Incident Management and SLAs for Incidents 3 Handle Problem Management 4 Handle Change request management 5 Estimation and Proposal creation for change requests 6 Project Reporting 7 Manage Team Close to 30 people 8 Apply analytical skills to solve complex issues 9 Track and Manage various project matrices
      • Technical Experience : 1 Expert in either one of the technical skill - SAP ABAP Development, SAP Basis or SAP PI/PO Development or functional skills like SAP SD/MM/FI 2 Exposure to multiple skills listed above would be added advantage 3 Should have worked on Support Engagement as Support Lead 4 Experience in ITSM tools, ServiceNow experience will be added advantage
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Should have experience in managing offshore delivery for a support project 2 Should have good team management skills 3 Good communication skills is a must as client interactions are part for the profile 4 Should have experience in estimation for change requests 5 CMMI Experience is added adven
    • Additional Information : We need AM for AO project management Skill flex - SAP ABAP, SAP PI or SAP Basis
