Job Description

One of our client which is into Security & Personnel Services is looking for :Business Development ExecutiveROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B channel by promoting service/ product range to new and existing Clients.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel.
Educational Qualification : Graduate (Any)Work Experience : Candidate should have 2 to 5 years of B2B channel experience preferably in the Events industry or service industry.SKILLS REQUIRED :
  1. Preferably from Event industry (having 2 -3 years experience)
  2. Industry know how
  3. Target based performance
  4. Having knowledge of event operations
  5. Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information .
  6. Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  8. Excellent negotiation skills.
  9. Team player and ability to work with & through others.
  10. Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with B2B clients.
