It has presence across the country with over 20 digital properties part from the traditional media businessDescriptionRole Description You will use your exceptional business analytics and communication skills to translate insights into action to help our customers meet their objectives. Youll spend your time digging into big, complex data sets, reports, clients business/marketing challenges and use your critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills to influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision making. You will be responsible for managing analytical projects and developing and delivering analysis/tools through data-driven recommendations in a visually compelling way. You will present these recommendations to audiences across the internal sales teams, and sometimes external clients, and act as a BFSI insights subject matter expert who is able to drive thought leadership, and deliver complex analysis in a simplified and impactful way.You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key BFSI clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. You will identify up-sell opportunities across BFSI accounts and partner with sales to drive incremental revenue.You will be a critical support to improve our BFSI client conversations through strategic storytelling and actionable insights for positive growth and relationship outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver on a vision that will address our clients business challenges and collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives.Empower teams on their own analytical and storytelling skills, enabling the vertical to elevate their customer conversations and the media sales teams to pitch better.Qualifications/Requirements- Degree in math, business, statistics, economics or engineering from Top colleges.- 4-6 years relevant experience in BFSI vertical in business research and marketing & sales analytics with marketing research/data analytics agencies/firms, consulting firms or BFSI companies.- Excellent communication, statistical and data analysis skills.- Ability to convert a complex data set into an actionable recommendation.- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or other data visualization softwares.- Experience with SQL, SPSS/statistical softwares along with MS excel and power Point skillsJob OfferOpportunity to grow with the organization currently in hyper growth phase in the digital ecosystemOpportunity to work with some well known senior leaders known in the marketTo apply online please click the Apply button below.
