Job Description

The Role ResponsibilitiesStrategyThis role works within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Business Transformation team to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle, including coverage of AML, KYC, Tax, OTC reform and FM regulations. Provide Change Management, Communications and Learning expertise to deploy the COLT (Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Transformation) operating model and platform into BAUBusinessStakeholder Communication and Engagement for successful adoption

  • Key player in designing and implementing learning deliverables to enable adoption of the Client Central platform; ensure effective adoption of the programme objectives
  • Manage and support COLT learning tools and templates (Intranet site and Learning Management system) as well as assist on different team engagement activities.
  • Responsible for crafting tailored user communication showcasing strategic objectives, milestones and achievements
  • Collaborating with Program leadership for accuracy and review
  • Support ad-hoc communication collaterals as needed by Programme
Content Production for end user consumption
  • Create eye catching assets that are concise, precise and easy to understand using a variety of mediums such as videos, capability series, infographics, FAQs
  • Update assets as and when changes are brought forward from a process perspective ensuring recency of the collaterals
  • Ensure readiness of assets prior to Non ILT drops
  • Ensure SCB and COLT branding across all assets
  • Collaborate with SPOCs for asset reviews and refinement prior to final production
Maintenance of internal content management such as Intranet (Bridge or other knowledge management bases)
  • Ensure recency of end user focused content/ assets in intranet
  • Provision a framework to maintain the content from a longer term BAU perspective
  • Provide Operating Model / Process Design, Change Management and Project Management expertise to deploy the COLT (Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Transformation) operating model and platform into BAU
  • Own and produce key change management deliverables, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and bought-in throughout delivery
  • Support delivery of communications, training, and implementation activities across global teams
Work closely with the Change Management- Learning and Communication team to deliver key enablers for adoption, including:
  • Communications and engagement to drive awareness and mobilisation across a broad range of global stakeholders, including:
  • Content Production: Producing precise, polished and eye-catching communications outputs (utilizing a variety of visual mediums such as infographics, handouts, videos, knowledge series etc.)
  • Managing online knowledge bases (Intranet site, FAQ repository, etc.) to support awareness and knowledge transfer of a global stakeholder network. Ensure that all content is updated, relevant, and organized
  • Support adhoc communications via emails or adhoc collaterals as per project needs
Training Content development and delivery in upskilling users with identified learning interventions including:
  • Support change delivery (communication & training) and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle for the programme
  • Support design of training and communication materials from templates to creative outputs such as e-learning content, infographics, assessments etc
  • Create training materials and collaterals and collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevancy
  • Support in review, signoff and completion of training deliverables, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and bought-in via various governance channels
  • Deliver Virtual Instructor led Training to all impacted users
Occasional need to liaise across time zones (Hong Kong, Middle East, United Kingdom, United States) to engage local stakeholdersPeople and Talent
  • Effectively manages relevant business stakeholders across the end-to-end Client Lifecycle, including Relationship Managers, Client Managers, Product Teams, IMO, CET, CLM Ops, FM Ops

Must Have:
  • Hand-on experience working on JIRA
  • Hands-on individual contributor with an eye for detail and a proactive, self managed working style
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight to drive the best outcome possible
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills; able to effectively engage, influence and manage senior business stakeholders
Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required:
  • Hands-on experience in operating model design (people, process, technology, information) with an ability to articulate complex ideas in layman-friendly terms
  • Experience as a Lead Business Analyst, Process Design Lead or similar business design-centric role with experience delivering change in the context of process and system deployments
  • Weighs up benefits of short term tactical and long term strategic options to ensure solutions are delivered to the appropriate scale, scope and timing
Process, commercial and operational awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions.Attributes:

  • Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees

  • Hands-on experience in operating model design (people, process, technology, information) with an ability to articulate complex ideas in layman-friendly terms
  • Experience as a Lead Business Analyst, Process Design Lead or similar business design-centric role with experience delivering change in the context of process and system deployments
  • Weighs up benefits of short term tactical and long-term strategic options to ensure solutions are delivered to the appropriate scale, scope and timing
  • Process, commercial and operational awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Certifications like PMP, Prince2 etc. will be an added advantage.
