Responsible for Business Analysis and project management for multiple services within JPMC fund accouting business. e.g Fund accouting, Transfer Agent, Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Static Data , Trades , COAC & Income along with executing automation via Xceptor & AlteryxThe role involves detailed analysis of business processes in order to identify tactical and strategic productivity opportunities, in order to make the process cost effective and efficient.Subject Matter Expert for the team in terms of the domainAct as the 1st escalation point & ensure timely and appropariate escalation of actual/ potential delays and issues with the Supervisors and MgmtRoles & Responsibilities:Identify manual /semi-automated process and root cause investigation to the correct operational areas within the agreed timelinesAccurately capturing details of any other besopke/ manual processes within the systemCompletion of project completion checklists and relevant project management hygene activitiesallocation of work within the team and monitoring of the deliverables within the SLAAct as the Subject Matter Expert for the team to guide team members on questions and issuesAct as the 1st escalation point for all queries and issues, including overall responsilbility for email & queries queue mgmtResponsible of final delivery,Skill Sets:Good oral & written communication skillsShould be able to work on Xceptor and Alteryx scriptingGood understanding of Capital Markets and related terminologiesStrong analytical capabilites and MS Office skillsAbility to think outside the box and challenge the status quoGood Time Management Skills - Ability to manage conflicting prioritiesKnowledge of Fund Accounting & Reconciliations (preferred),
