Job Description

Dear Candidate,Were Opening forClient Servicing SpecialistRoles & Responsibilities :-Providing relocation services to foreigners or Indian nationals moving in and out of India andmoving to metro cities:

  1. Relocation Services includes:
  2. Home Search: Sourcing of properties & Viewing of properties along with the client
Negotiation with owners/LandlordProperty Title check & execution of Agreement & RegistrationInspection of property before occupation and property handover
  1. Orientation to new city: visit to prominent places, healthcare service, recreation options,
shopping malls etc.
  1. Settling into new home: electricity, telephone, water, internet, mobile, gas
connections, documentation and registration work
  1. Serving as the one point contact for the clients.
  1. Ensure compliance & regulations of policies and processes with all RMC/ Clients companies.
  1. Documentation and implementation of clients specific processes
  1. Work closely with the team to ensure excellent service as per clients requirements.
  1. Monitor, track and report the entire program until closure.
  1. Ensuring positive feedback from clients.
  1. Timely follow-up with the clients/vendors on emails/calls.
