We are bringing digital credit to the mass market in India and significantly improving the economy through financial inclusion.About the Role :- Managing resolution rate for flows and recoveries Pan India- Should drive high-quality customer experience in collections and manage escalations- Drive team and vendors to produce better results- Work closely with the team members and team leaders to provide constructive real-time/ scheduled feedback- Focus on Quality imperatives such as - first-time resolution- and - responsiveness- - Deadline and detail-oriented and very comfortable working in a fast-paced and open/ flexible environment- Strong understanding of control and compliance and due diligence for the entire collection processAbout You :Key Skills Required :- 5-10 years experience in Collections experience in managing teams/vendor staff- Exceptional command of verbal and written communication skills- MIS/ Analytical skills - to be able to work on dashboards, reports, etc.- Strong interpersonal/ conflict management/ negotiation and feedback providing skills,
