  • Adequate Pricing of; products and risks Monitoring and Management of portfolio
  • Contribute for conceptualization and development of new products;
  • Developing underwriting Policy, guidelines & review
  • Process development, implementation, review and continual improvement
  • Development of team and sharing of knowledge Imparting knowledge to sales team to aid customer satisfaction
  • Coordinating with the Risk Engineering team, Sales team and Operations & Claims teams
  • Responsible for implementing Strategy, Policies, guidelines and processes forUnderwriting;all lines of product /all lines of business also handling the business process to release of quotation, acceptance of risk ,terms and conditions with the company s guideline
