Dear Candidate,Greetings from Equino Fun Holidays,Hiring for Counter SalesPrinciple Responsibilities/ Work Accountability :Preparing packages for clients &selling holiday and travel packages (domestic/ international tickets & other documentation services) to customers across the counter.Dealing with complicated customer itineraries.Preparing invoices/billing for accounts purpose.Dealing with complicated customer itineraries and customising the same.Providing options for Modes of Travels to the customers.Updating about tours to passenger.Taking deal/ Packages from hotel / Suppliers.Negotiating with supplier/ Hoteliers for cost.Doing booking with hotel/ Supplier and getting in touch with the customers for the time limit to reconfirm of booking.Releasing payment to hotel/ suppliers on time.Availing special discounted offer/ package from the supplier/Hotelier.If any booking gets cancelled coordinating with hotel/ supplier and clients and update them on the same.To update the cancellation charges if any.To wave off the rates from Hotel/ suppliers in case of any.Should have sound knowledge about domestic & international ticketing, processing & handling procedures for passports & visas.Need to be outgoing and approachable.Must have Competencies :Knowledge of Holiday PackagesItinerary of various destinationsCustomer Service SkillsMinor Responsibility : Teleselling of holiday and travel packages (domestic/ international tickets & other documentation services)Location - (Santacruz W)If you find profile suitable for you, kindly revert back with your updated resume along with you current CTC & availability for interview.
