Job Description

The Reference Data Quality Associate will manage work with Data Domain teams operations, product owners and technology partners to help build a business and data quality rule inventory. The individual will also execute DQ rules using Firmwide technologies (e.g. Informatica IDQ), analyze rule results and establish production models across authoritative data source databases.Responsibilities

  • Provide Reference data knowledge support to help build DQ rule inventory
  • Business/Data analysis of Reference data issues
  • Data Rule Execution result reporting
  • Prepare DQ Health Metrics, Dashboard, Trend analysis
  • Work with technology partners to establish DQ Infrastructure projectsQualifications
  • University Graduate
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
  • 6 -10 yrs of experience in Informatica Data quality (9x/10x), focused on profiles, scorecards, mapplets and business rules.
  • Experience working complex transformations including update strategies, routers, normalizer etc
  • Define Data Quality Rules, data quality dimensions and ETL and Operational metadata.
  • Strong in defining and analyzing data analytics respective to domains, technically involed with any reporting tool like qlikview, tableau etc.
  • Familiarity with Investment Banking Data.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL & PL/SQL
  • Prior Experience with scheduling tools such as Autosys, TIDAL etc.
  • Strong understanding of Data Warehouse/MDM concepts (ETL, Star Schema, slowly changing dimensions).
  • Proficient in shell scripting and performance tuning within a Unix/Linux Environment
  • Strong knowledge data profiling, data discovery and root cause analysis
  • Implementing data integration solutions using Informatica and Autosys
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage global partners and requestors
  • Controls and innovation mindset
  • Good People Skills and ability to drive energy levels within the team
  • Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Excellent Time Management Skills and highly result oriented
